Hi everybody, I do this post cause I really think Destruction’s tree needs some love…
We have 16 Talents that need 2 points. It’s so much more compared to other specs :
- DK => Blood : 6 / Frost : 8 / Unholy : 8
- DH => Havoc : 9 / Vengeance : 9
- Druid => Balance : 8 / Feral : 7 / Guardian : 8 / Restoration : 6
- Evoker => Devastation : 10 / Preservation : 9
- Hunter => BeastMastery : 12 / Marksmanship : 11 / Survival : 11
- Mage => Arcane : 4 / Fire : 9 / Frost : 8
- Monk => Brewmaster : 8 / Mistweaver : 7 / Windwalker : 5
- Paladin => Holy : 6 / Protection : 8 / Retribution : 7
- Priest => Discipline : 10 / Holy : 11 / Shadow : 11
- Rogue => Assassination : 11 / Outlaw : 6 / Subtlety : 9
- Shaman => Elemental : 10 / Enhancement : 9 / Restoration : 8
- Warlock => Affliction : 13 / Demonology : 12 / Destruction : 16
- Warrior => Arms : 4 / Fury : 4 / Protection : 2
Honestly, I’m super excited about these talent trees, but the difference in treatment between specs seems disproportionate to me. I think it’s good for the game that the specs are different but the differential is too big.
A Protection Warrior can freely move in his tree with only 2 Talents that need 2 points where we have 8 times more. It’s a real handicap that penalizes us in the personalization of our spec.
Our specialization has the reputation of not having many keys to press, but with fewer talent points at its disposal, we can’t reach other spells.
What do you think about the spec ?
Can a developer enlighten us on what will happen next ?
Thank you for taking the time to read me.
See you soon in game.
