Destruction Warlock talents on Shadowlands Beta

Hello. i think there is some changes that need to happen to some talents for the destruction warlock.
Roaring Blaze talent should effect Chaos Bolt.
And Decimating Bolt should also effect chaos bolt. not maybe 150% like it does for Incinerate but at least some bonus % damage for Chaos Bolt.

Chaos Bolt is the signature ability for destruction warlock and currently on the Shadowlands beta i rarely use Chaos Bolt. its cast time is to slow and it does not do as much damage to make it worth casting it.
And with with Roaring Blaze and Decimating bolt i can make my Conflagrate and Incinerate do as much damage as a Chaos Bolt. it just don´t feel right for the class not to need to cast it signature ability.

CB is weak because you can spam it. Imagine CB hits for 6-9k you can kill one player with 3 hits.

I think CB needs a cd so it can hit very hard an soul fire should be the spam spender

I prefer it when our builder spells actually have an impact.
I hate how immolate, incinerate and to a lesser extent conflag feel like they might as well not deal damage at all in 8.3.

That counts for all specs. The dot dmg is to low, and demo is just crap.

Soul Fire 4 seconds is just to much. Rather 3 or 3,5 would be better.
