Good afternoon,
Over the last 2 months I’ve been having constant descyns from the world server but not the home server. In game everyone is running in place but chat works perfectly.
I’m using a wired connection 1000/1000 MB Fiber.
I’ve tried everything in the “usual steps” of updating the game, disabling addons, updating drivers etc.
As for advanced steps -
- I’ve ensured port forwarding to
TCP: 1119, 3724, 6012
UDP: 1119, 3724, 6012 - I’ve disabled UPNP and QoS on the router.
- I spoke to the ISP and I’m not behind a NAT and have a dynammic public IP addres.
I literally tried everything. This happens in various environments, either in raid, dungeon or just standing in Valdrakken doing nothing.
I’ll add and say that this only happens in Blizzard games that I’m playing (i.e WoW/Hearthstone)
I’m playing Borderlands 3 with friends for hours without issues and other applications which require online connections are still working in the background (case in point that the chat still works in game but the game server isn’t)

The only thing I haven’t tried is a VPN connection to test the routes on my ISP which I intend to do today.
Note: I moved from Israel to Denmark since the issue started so I do suspect an ISP issue but I would like to see if it can be helped on Blizz’s end because it’s only with their games that this happens.
