Details For Blizzards legal department

No it wouldn’t, as you agreed to them being able to do that when you read those pages on initial logging! I assume you did actually read those pages?

Mean nothing as I paid for the product before I was able to agree or disagree to the TOS.
They would have to be on the store page for each product to hold any legality.

Fixed that for you.
Honestly curious what is so ‘‘serious’’ to take them to court?

Wintergrasp lag?
No mounts in the Maw?
Torghast Twisting Corridors wasnt cleared at the first attempt up to layer 8?
Great Vault offering 3x the same item although on different ilvls?
Your class got ‘‘ruined’’ in Shadowlands?
Covenants are too unbalanced?

Please, enlighten us what is the reason to sue them and take them to court?

Their end user agreement is on all product pages and explains their ToS and what you have to ‘‘agree’’ to after you purchase a product.
And if you dont agree with said terms, they tell you to not make use of their products.

So joke is on you.

OK go ahead and put that to the test, you make Kermit look like Einstein.

Either way, you agreed to their terms.

Edit…funnily enough you used the very same argument before, how did that work out for you?

Errr?

Yes?

If you do not understand the terms of an agreement, you should always seek legal consultation. That is an absolute must.

That isn’t likely to happen now, is it? Did it happen last time you had your team of lawyers working on it?

I mean at least this time you are presumably calling them during business hours, as the Lawyers I know massively ramp up their charges for out of hours work. As one of them said “If you go to the house of someone and order them to make you burger at 8 p.m in the evening, just because they work a 9-5 shift at McDonalds, they’ll tell you to and do one. At least we say ‘Yeah, I’ll do it, but it will cost extra’”

Why are people white knighting a multi billion dollar company and defending them?
It’s sickening. Big corporations get away with murder, and all you internet white knights would still be praising them.

Actually I think they are trying to defend you more than Blizzard. And arguing with that Athena dude.

Do you honestly think the OP is going ahead with his ‘Legal Action’? This has all happened before, same attitude, same BS, same rubbish. As for ‘White Knighting’ what an idiotic comment, Who’s the bigger white knight, the people who enjoy the game, or the OP, who had the same approach a few months back concerning taking Blizzard to court, yet is still here months later?

Will there be a video stream from court house ?
Should i buy popcorn’s ?

No, but I will post any results on the forums. Although they might ban me on the forums for embarrassing them.

You should definitely take them onto judge rinder so there is video evidence of you “embarrassing them”

I don’t need them to reply. I have a legal rep I am emailing with the relevant details right now. Why would I need them respond on a forum?

Well thats what you did last time, it drew quite an audience.

Didn’t work last time, won’t work this time, tho maybe another forum vacation may prevail.

Why would you agree to terms that you disagree with?
It’s basically a contract. Parts of the ToS being invalid may happen from country to country, which does not invalidate the rest of ToS (in most cases).

What the hell are you talking about? Last time?

By legal rep do you mean responsible adult? Because boy do you need one right now
