Dethroning the guild leader is not possible

Hello, my guild leader has been offline for over 90 days and according to Raider IO, I hold rank 4 in the guild. So, according to the following support article,

https://eu.support.blizzard.com/en/article/180600

I should be able to dethrone the guild leader.
However, the necessary button for this doesn’t appear.

The rank 1 player is unresponsive and rarely online, rank 2 isn’t assigned, and rank 3 belongs to the guild leader’s twinks.

How can i fix this problem?

Hey Zenjad,

Rank 0 is technically the guild leader, and only ranks 1 to 3 can dethrone them.

In-game, rank 1 is the guild leader, and the ranks 2 to 4 mentioned in the support article would be the ranks with the ability to dethrone an inactive GM.

If you’re currently on rank 4 (and 5 in-game), I’m afraid that you can’t dethrone them.

I’m in a guild where the Guild Leader has been offline for 12 years. I’m the only one who is still playing in the guild — nobody else is active.
Even so, the option to dethrone the Guild Leader doesn’t appear for me. could you help please?
