I went to the dummy and tested it out, melee hit the dummy while using shield slams for at least 5 minutes i saw no procs, am i missing something, is the tlanet working :o? (my warrior is still low level, lvl 18)
It’s more of a late game talent , no idea why they put it in a lvl 15 talent
But shouldn’t it proc even at low level, or is it just my lack of haste (not sure if haste affects atack speed)
Yea guess it does, well pretty useless talent for low lvl i guess ty for reply!
Because on lower tiers that talent was never picked 
I think it suits T1 quite well but yes, it’s useless at early levels.
