Enchantress Quinni in Dazar’alor doesn’t teach “Light-step Hoofplates” even though on enchanting unlearned tab it says [Profession Trainer: Battle for Azeroth Enchanting (155) Cost: 92g50s]

Though it says here there are specific trainers however:
well…in game on the unlearned enchanting tab it marks all enchants done by [Narv]/[Instructor Okanu] under {learning zone [Nazjatar]} however for standard enchants it doesn’t say that and so Quinni in Dazar’alor teach them.
so either blizzard forgot to fix the tooltip or a certain patch made the poor elf Quinni forget how to teach Light-step Hoofplates”
Well for bug reports you’ll need to submit it through the ingame button, 2nd from top Anub’Arak icon after entering the help page.
