DF Keystone Hero Season 3 missing reward

Finished the achievment, but didnt receive the transmog reward. Is this a bug like season 3? Asking cause I only found topics about this being a bug in season 2, and since for some reason I cant access support in iMac in this expansion ( :') ) , thought about asking here.
