My action bars are already 100% full and they are adding 5 new spells for me in dragonflight but they are only removing 1 current spell? how can I make it fit on my bars or even make the keybinds? 
There is simply no way you’ve filled all your action bars with spells from your spell book, you do know you have more than one bar right?
How many mounts, toys, emotes or other flim-flam are you using?
Also you don’t need every spell in your spell book to be on your action bars, there are many spells you’ll never use (or so rarely to be the same).

If you dont already… Use Shift+key. For instance, I use Shift+Q, Shift+E, Shift+MB1, Shift+MB2, Shift+scroll, Shift+Spacebar… and so forth

What class are you playing that you managed to completely fill 48+ action buttons?

im out of space on resto shaman and mistweaver
yea you must be missing an action bar or 2. I play MW and I have about 5 slots open. My reso shaman (dont really play it actively) has 3 slots open.

u prolly dont play arena where i need incap 1 2 3 pet taunt etc
I have a same issue with my mage - While I have slots ready to be filled (instead of toys etc) but I’m starting to lack keybinds xD Idk how I’m gonna manage on my mage in DF. I wish they added some passive options instead of active abilities.
Or small stuff like - Greater Invisibility replacing invisibility rather than being 2 different spells ergo two different keybinds.
Talent tress are technically removing spells by making them ‘choices’.
What type of abilities you use on shift+spacebar ?
Hm I didn’t think about those keybinds - might come in handy xD
