So I was looking through the Dragonflight Enhancement Tree and saw that Primordial Wave is one of our talents much later in the tree. I don’t think Primordial Wave itself is a really great talent and it was mostly not used in Shadowlands until we got dual legendaries and tier set. If you do plan to get Primordial Wave its pretty much a must to also get the Splintered Elements talent to give it any worth which feels bad because you don’t really get a choice than to spend all those points into it.
