Let’s compare with some of shadow priest. One that gives 25% haste, another makes Mind Blast deal SIXTY percent more damage, another that generates 3 insanity every second, and another that lets them CAST WHILE MOVING. Meanwhile DH gets leggos that increase dps by 1%. Don’t forget the one that makes you bigger while in meta, Blizzard sure put a lot of thought into that one. The bad state of havoc is only going to get worse over time as other classes get their good legendaries.

You mean the one that transforms shadow to a raid/group buff bot for others? Thats good for you?

It has to proc first, at its own random world and random time.
After sitting still 10 seconds, they have the ability to move+cast for 5. Really op? You move and dps 100% of the time 
You literally picked the class with the worst legendaries to make an example of, im pretty sure there are others that gain a huge benefit from leggy’s, shadow is not one of them.
