DH or Monk? (Best spec/conv etc)

Hello community.

I have a question to ask and its wether I should start maining my DH or Monk.

I can decide for myself and I would like to hear other opinions about these 2 specs (Havoc and WW).

Which one is better in terms of Pvp, dungeons etc? Which is the dominate spec?
