honestly DH feels very weak outside of Meta with Blade Dance and Chaos Strike barely hitting for alot.
right now Meta increases the dmg of both abilities by 40-50%
idk if im alone in this but buffing Chaos Strike and Blade Dance outside of Meta and nerfing Annihilation and Death Sweep would be better for DH both pve n pvp
Eye Beam → vengeful retreat with momentum → essence break → death sweet → annihilation.

It makes meta even less impressive than it already is. My answer shows you why a change isn’t necessary.
Thats not going to happen. I dont like the ragefire build I thinkn is tacky and boring.
Instead of going Demonic I thought they will buff the First of The Illidari will be as it used to be originally: Reducing Metamorphosis cd to 2 min, its duration reduced to 15 sec but increase the damage done outside of Meta by 20% which in this case would be amazing for not playing demonic BUT that will buff all of the ragefire s**t build ect.
Shattered Deatiny imo is crap talent, it doesnt make big difference unless you have 200% haste and gcd goes below 1 sec ( which is probably not possible ). This should be replaced with something else that would benefit Metamorphosis/Demonic build.
The thing with Blade Dance and Chaos strike feeling weak is because what they did is turned table around, because a lot of people were complaining that Eye Beam and Meta is not feeling impactful, so thats what happened BUT if you go for Know Your Enemy and Essence Break window with loads of stacked crit stat can make it dangerous, especially with Initiative and Chaos Theory, not sure if it stacks but can hurt a lot hence:
