Dh Tanks. [Collective Anguish] Talent

So he last few days ive noticed something with Fel Devastation combined with Collective Anguish that my fps takes a nose dive from 100fps to around 35-45fps.

Anyone else experiencing this also?
And i was wondering if this is also happening for the dps specs? when they use eye beam and the talent.

Also i mean this happens when im using it on more than a 5+ mobs. Using it on its own doesn’t make this happen.
