I dont think there is a forum rule about not to write personal opinions or stuff if you dont have exp or cr. Also he shared info.
At least i dont play with 2 x vers navigation thats doesn’t stack and dont use 470 weapon as off hand instead of MH. 
He is also using 5x smileys on most of his posts , which makes me scroll down and not to read it.
But thats just me.

They don’t stake but I have more uptime with 2 versa encha ( the buff procs more often )

Actually yes, this is not joke, i find a lot of DH thats do that. Double enchant, More ilvl Off hand instead of MH and so on.
Idk, mb one sort of the people preffer this class.
