i subscribed for gametime it took my money but instead of adding it to my account they froze it. and now i also lost the gametime i had before, i feel scammed

What exactly do you mean with “they froze it”?
Blizzard cannot freeze bank funds, only a bank or court judge can do that, and Blizzard are neither a bank or a court judge.
If you mean that they froze your Blizzard account, then they will have sent you an email saying why.

If the game time is removed from your account after buying a subscription, it usually means that your bank has declined the payment, and will hold the money for a few days.
