Did Blizzard forget about Teldrassil

Or Gilneas, or the Wrathgate, or Southshore?..

Why did they have Sylvanas commit so many crimes and a genocide, then send the souls to hell to torture them just for nothing of it to get a resolution?
For it to just be ignored when Sylvanas gets redeemed? I really don’t get the point of it, she’s getting redeemed out of nowhere with no build up at all, as if it’s completely swept under the rug that she commited a genocide against a playable race and that race has been waiting for their justice for over 2 years now.

THose that died at Gilneas, Wrathgate and Southshore didnt go to the Maw, as that happened looong before the Machine of Death broke. The machine didnt break until sometime after Ursocs death.

Those at Teldrassil did, and she still killed thousands if not millions.

And seemingly, Blizzard is just ignoring that even though they wrote it.

Yes, and Teldrassil happened after Legion, which is when the Machine of Death got broken.

And no, Blizzard doesnt ignore. They just dont care as much as night elf fanboys want them to care.

They didn’t ignore the teldrassil souls. Play the Nignt Fae covenant campaign. Please don’t reply with any Sylvanas spoilers.

The Night Fae campaign has a lot on Teldrassil and Tyrande in it

I recommend playing the night fae campaign before posting something so ridiculous next time.

No they didn’t forget.

a small cinematic doesn’t redeem sylvanas. Get over yourself.

I played the night fae campaign, you free a bunch of souls but you’re forced to destroy souls too because they were forged into a weapon…

They are all still dead, nothing of this absolves Sylvanas of her crimes.

Good news, so is Sylvanas!

She’s died three times!

Literally every single game-design decision they make are focused on story and roleplay aspects of the game. Why would they “forget” their own made up plot just because you haven’t encountered it enough yet?

Yes they did, and I’m so happy that they did.

And that sucks, I loathe both night elves and their leaders, though I like fairies.

As consequence for her actions Sylvanas as far as i know lost Nathanos, now one character doesnt sound much but Nathanos is a big character for sylvanas, we joke he is a simp but the true is sylvanas is the one who loves Nathanos not the other way around. He is simply a forsaken who admires her as leader.

Well, the Horde is always made into the bad guys… Would be nice if the Alliance were turned into the bad guys for once.

Yeah, because Blizzard writes the Horde that way. They could’ve written it so that the Teldrassil thing never happened to begin with… but they didnt.

And I don’t care for Sylvanas, never liked her, not even when I started with Cataclysm release.

Idk I quite like the Ysera story

Well, your character race says it all.

Are you seriously suggesting that just saving those souls from agonizing destiny in the Maw/Torghast makes up for the fact that Sylvanas burned Teldrassil?

If Tyrande burned Silvermoon and you saved only 83 blood elf souls from the maw, rest assured you would not be happy if she got redeemed and majority of the souls are still in the maw, and Silvermoon is turned to ash.
