I don’t know man,
If you like be threaten like a dog,
While you are customer.
Torghats is exactly like that.
Blizzard throwing you snacks - soul ashes.
Into the sea - tower of the damned.
Which you can obviously reach.
But you have to get wet - spend this damn one useless hour to reach it.
Here you are - your snacks.
Edit:
I mean, yeah.
Some dogs have fun getting wet.
And have easy snacks.
Give a choice between Soul Ash and Anima rewards, with the possibility of an ultra-rare pet drop… that would solve my only criticism of Torghast, which is the self-contained nature of the content…ie. doing Torghast slowly, to do more Torghast.
The fact some peeps get their face melted at certain points, isn’t actually a valid criticism of content, that was supposed to be a challenging test of skillz.
I am really happy that I switched my main from rogue to druid. Choregast was way too hard for my rogue, but quite easy for my druid.
Nevertheless, it is boring and I only do it for my 2 weekly soul ash runs. The is no way I will bother with Twisting Corridoors - thanks to Travel Form, I don’t need to anyway.
I’m ok with Torghast specially this week where I have a tank with me. My only problem is finding a block of time long enough to do it every week.
The Maw, not so much. I die quite a lot and the final straw was with this week’s Colossus quest in Perdition Hold. Getting to him was hard enough but twice I died right at the end at the same time as he did. Both times he’d gone before I’d managed to get back with the fights & deaths along the way so I didn’t get the quest item. I’m not going to try again. I remember the days when other players used to res people. I always do. Alternatively let me res at the boss I’ve just killed.
wasnt it just one big progression, with floors and save points if u reached certain floor, and they decided to change it to layers/floors so people have “more content” lul
