I did the faction change, but it simply won’t allow me to finish the change to alliance. Checked if there is anything that might block (like mail or whatever…) but there is nothing. And the message is just that I:
‘Could not change race for character’
We have seen some reports of this, there’s some workarounds here if you are able to try.
Thanks, but that didn’t work. Only thing which worked was to make a Worgen. Created a ticket now, as I was blocked constantly as a Night Elf.

I will agree with Nicetry here, very grateful for this show of priority by the support team, an absolute joke and a display of blatant disregard for issues that would in any other product warrant compensation.
