I was just levelling in blasted lands, and it drops. I looked online and it says it had like a 0.01% drop rate. Did I just pick up a rare sword?? What do I do with it lol

Sell it if you need a lot of cash, if not keep it to show off. I was hunting mortal items for the SL expansion transmog with a group last week when a Worgen I was with got it off the pirates outside freehold. I was super jelly xD
Personally I’d keep it, unlocking it for my account (if I had one.)
If you don’t have it unlocked in your wardrobe, keep it. You’ll likely never see it drop again, so why not make it a part of your transmog collection? Gold comes and goes.

its one of the rarest drops in whole history of WoW man you can keep it for flexing or just get some free mounths of subscription from it 
classic: 5000 to 9000 golds
retail: 450 000 to 600 000golds
how i said you can get some free mounths from it.
my guildie sold one at july 2019 for 520 000g
