Hello everyone, I’m posting about a friend, because her both accounts has been banned and can’t make topic in the forum. Sorry if this isn’t the place, but I don’t know where to search help since the blizzard support isn’t helpful.
The following problem is my friend got banned on her main account a few days ago for “cheating” (which she never does), she appealed a few times, but the response was automaticly no helper. Then she moved on and made new account which she started leveling and litteraly 3 days after she got banned again for “cheating”? The only thing she did was to level up + proffs + quests + random dungs.
I also should mention that the whole guild is helping her with the leveling another account to join us at raids as fast as possible. Some of us mailed her 100-2000g, so is it possible Blizzard detect it as gold trading? Is it possible that its her IP address is the problem, because her service provider uses dynamic IP addresses? But if that’s the case she’s been playing without problems past 6 months.
She says that only softweares that are running while she play are Brave browser/Discord/Riot client and Logitech gaming softweare.

She is looking for a Blizzard HUMAN Support to work together to fix this.

I know this isn’t the answer you’re looking for, but your best approach is to encourage your friend to use the appeals process. Blizzard doesn’t use this forum as a means of customer support.
They cannot tell you what exactly resulted in a "cheating’ ban. However, “logitech gaming software” sounds a lot like executable macros which is banned under the ToS including its hardware buttons like mouse or keyboard macro buttons.
If she received new hardware or installed this new software shortly before the bans then that could be the primary reason. Same with receiving suspicious amounts of gold but the latter usually gets a different reason namely “abuse of economy”.
The logitech softweare is for her headphones which she got like 2-3 months ago, so its not newly installed software on her PC, she said she didn’t download or installed anything. Which leaves the option for the gold, because her real life friend sent her 2k gold to have while leveling and in the next 5-6 hrs she was banned again from the second account.
She did have In-game macros, which ain’t bannable? She is thinking PvP players who doesn’t know about the shapeshifting cat/bear removes the slow/roots and that way they think she is cheating when she is using the macro for fast shapeshift and report her?
litteraly only shapeshift macro, mouse over for cyclone/innervate, one key macro for 2 spells and DE macro nothing else.
Okay, she is left with solutions why she would be banned if its not the macros or gold it leaves it to software, which she need to connect an actual human being that works for Blizzard to discover the problem. She is not botting/hacking for sure. She is sure its some software from other programm, because her 2nd account got banned 2 days after been created and she only received the 2k gold i mentioned earlier from a friend, they even are friends on Battle Tag + in-game + same guild?
