Did not get the Charger mount after leveling a human paladin to 40+ on a fresh account

I got the Warhorse mount on my human paladin but the Charger mount is greyed out in the mount collection tab. This is on a fresh new account.

Might make sense to keep them all in the same place than make multiple threads.
