Did not get the Darkmoon Harlequin's Bells transmog set after completing the Trading Post activities

Yes, I did loot the chest. I tried relogging and checking the Collections tab on different characters, but none of them have it.

At least I got my Tenders this time… and they’re not disappearing.

Same here. I completed to get the points necessary to get the transmog. Went to TP and opened the chest to only receive 100 tenders and thats it. The transmog is not displayed anymore in my traveler’s log. It only says “You have collected all rewards for this month”.

I logged off for 5 minutes and went back on I was able to click the chest again then got the transmog. You should try this or I heard switching between areas/zones fixes this issue too.
