Did not get the trading post item STILL for over a year

Did not get the trading post item STILL for over a year, and now it appears in the shop to be bought for 750 tender

Last year ( 2023 to be precise) there once was a loot for monthly reward in trading post which was known to be bugged ( Arsenal : cosmic weapons casche ) there was back and forth stories on forum and stuff, blizzard said they fixed it, added the vendor and blah blah blah ( which DIDNT WORK FOR MOST OF PPL TOO ) , i waited up to the last HOUR of the month, with my finished monthly quest, it didnt appear after reset, neither did it appear after hotfixes, after new patch, more resets, more trading posts… more ANYTHING. i thought this prize is lost forever due to some IT stuff i dont get or idk, i was sad but nothing i could do, didnt really see ppl use it, kinda forgot about it i was like damn i dont really want to spend days searching what really happened but if i didnt get it after so much time it must be it. farewell my cool staff . And now, after almost a year i see the same item in the returning shop for 750 tender !!! the one i HAD TO GET OFFICIALLY. I Won every monthly reward from trading post since its release and this is just infuriating . I still keep the screenshot of me technically HAVING the transmog sets but in reality i am not to this DAY after a YEAR.

Your effort on the monthly quests is very much appreciated and we value a lot players like you !

After digging into more information on the bug issue of Arsenal: Cosmic Weapons Cache back in 2023, I found that our developpers have already fixed the problem (yeah obviously it did yeah ) .
Players who were eligible for the chest should be able to get it upon logging into the game at that time.
However, as much as I’d like to help you, I regret that we have no longer your quest logs in 2023. Therefore, it pains me to say that we are unable to verify your situation and grant the chest for you now.

i was like ok you need proofs EXCEPT OF a real screenshot? ok lets go from other way around

but you do still have the logs of the achievements i have completed right? I mean i can check them even ingame, so that means this : i have the achievement for getting trading post rewards 12 times, right a year after the introduction of the trading post system ( meaning it existed only for 12 months, thats official info, i got the 12 month reward after 12 months, meaning i got all of them ) , and that includes THE trading post which awarded the arsenal cosmic casche ( it was the november 2023, the ninth trading post ) , meaning there IS a proof that i got it right? Also there is a time stamp on the screenshot about it

While I can understand your frustration for this situation, I have to inform you that this is not something we can look into through Forums, as through Forums we have no way do any kind of check on your account and character progress.

In other words, should you wish for somebody to have another look into your case, your only option would be to reopen the ticket.

To avoid further frustration however, I would like to cover a couple of things in a bit more details:

  • Timing is REALLY important when dealing with problems, meaning that the more time passes since the original issue, the least likely it is for our GMs to be able to complete the necessary checks, or find a way to intervene even if all the necessary checks are passed.
  • Screenshots are easy to manipulate (including adding/modifying timestamps) and as such are often not accepted as proof of something.

So while I don’t want to discourage you from reopening the ticket should you wish to do so, please keep in mind that despite doing their best our GMs may be unable to make any kind of intervention simply because too much time has passed since the original issue :frowning:

even if screenshots arent accepted, THE ACHIEVEMENTS ARE RIGHT? Does any of you even read the whole thing ? It seems everyone just sends me from place to place

Yes, your post was fully read and understood.

This is not something the Forum Staff can answer.
As hinted above, we (Forum staff) have no way to check your account/characters, and can not make any assumption on what GMs can or can not verify/accept while investigating your case.

I am really sorry it feels this way, it is however my sad duty to confirm that Forums are not the appropriate place to request support for in-game issues :frowning:
