I created 23 items with tailoring that gave the First Craft bonus. I received the knowledge points, but not Artisan’s Acuity. When I started levelling the same character’s engineering, I did get AA from new recipes.
Considering how limited and difficult to gather that currency/reagent is, that’s a big loss for me. I really, really hope this bug gets fixed and I receive the currency I lost out on. Thank you.
