Hello there,
I completed The Pandarian Starter Zone and chose the Horde. I then finished the Arena quest for Garrosh, but when I logged into my retail account, the mount was not in my collection, nor was it wrapped, waiting for me to unwrap it. Has anyone else had this issue before? If so, how did you resolve it?

Same here, tried to log in and out of both WoW versions and nothing
Both of you finnished the event 2-3 quest before the end. Do the quests in your capital to finnish to get part of chosen sides.
Did this and still no mount
same, i finished the pandaren campagin and gotten out of the pandaren land. got to orgrimmar and even finished the ring/arena quest and returned to garrosh. nothing.

We’re aware of an issue with the mount delivery since yesterday, and a fix should be deployed soon.
Please make sure that you have finished all the quests (up to the one asking you to choose your faction). You have until July 31st to do it. 
Edit: this issue was fixed. If you haven’t received the mount, please make sure that you log into the Pandaren that you created to finish the quests, and then log back into TWW to check your Collection.

And how do you know that? In fact, i even did the trial event from Garrosh, so that’s not 2-3 quests before the end
