Did not receive the Frozen Throne Achievement after defeating the Lich King

While I was in a party, during the Lich King encounter, I died at around 50% boss hp and pressed the Release button, my party successfully defeated the lich king and the group finder shows that I killed the lich king but I never received the achievement for it.

Please help
