So I just reached level 50 on my fresh blood elf DK and tried to do the heritage questline for the RP only and suddenly Seuchenwanst simply kills me with no effort despite me having no problems before it. Was that a patch change or how did this happen?
Alliance bias.

This is a gameplay issue. bias only exists in the story.

This is actually a normal topic for once.
It’s very possible that with the recent patch, somethings have been made harder, or that classes are weaker due to missing full talents.
Prepatch made scaling go whack.
That is what I assumed. Died 3 times on this the suffering is real.

Oh dear. Best make a bug report and try it at 70.
A lot of low level quests - especially with vehicle mechanics - have been broken by 10.2.5. The pre-patch just made a number of them even worse than before, e.g. the dragon quest in the DK starting area
Bug report it as well as doing the topic on the forums. That way the info goes to the Devs and they are the only ones who can tweak it.
Get some gear, heirlooms even.
It is all good now really. I did it right.
I just completed the DK starting area with no issues (no heirlooms). 
Must have been fixed.
