I tried reading but couldnt find, and I dont think im crazy? Didnt we buy a PvP-ilvl item for our 1600-token? Its now turned into solely PvE-item and the vendor for PvP-items for token is removed. Or have i lost my head?

Guess I could have gotten a brain fart, even though i made sure to triple check the item to make sure i didnt buy the wrong one. Oh well.
There are PVE hero 2/5 & PVP elite 9/9, both sold by the same vendor & have the same names.
Unfortunately sounds like you bought the wrong one as I did, only thing to do is to do M+ 11-16 to upgrade the piece but it will be 441 max.
Blizzard won’t exchange or refund it either
