Didn´t recieve level 70 boost!

Just bought the heroic level 70 boost, and the money has been drawn BUT i didnt got any boost! I have tried log in and out several times and restart my computer but no. I have several characters on that realm, Mirage Raceway EU. Plz help now!

And in the shop in game now i can only upgrade to Epic.

I had to log in to one character then log off and then it appeared, thank you Puny as always.
