That is correct, though looking into this it seems you already used a charge back on the 18th of November on this character, and then the second one around the time of this post.
Check back again next week for another charge!

Alright thanks. I just got confused because people i know have gotten their 4 set bonuses this week and I feel like i’m the only one without it.
