Didn't get Fearless Spectator achievement and title for watching MDI

As title says, I watched 3 days and I’m pretty sure I accumulated more than 2 hours of watched time (on last day of finals I watched it full!). I already contacted support but they suggest same things: that I need to connect my Google account to Battle.net through YouTube and vice versa and if everythings connected and I still not getting reward they suggested me to post here as bug.
Anyone else having trouble?

Power through the AWC king, I believe in you. :muscle:

Live with it big boy.

Were you online when watching?
I connected my account the second day of MDI and got it after two hours of watching.
It says it takes max 48 hours to get or something but, like I said, I got it right after the two hours of watching it in the background and being online.

well - did you connect it properly ?

I connected acc pretty easy clicked blizzard link then clicked connect battlenet it was done
Then i put MDI on backround first day after like 2 hours of watching
Was playing ToP achievment pops in the middle of the dungeon
But title showed in my title tab day later

That’s GM polite for go away. Bug fixers don’t frequent the forms.

Well lucky me who skipped MDI and not wasted 2 hours of my time

dunno semi-finals were pretty interesting. but then it was booring echo-fest with clear favourism in streets in finals.

U don’t watch it, u just have it open for free tittle.

If I had to choose. I would rather clean my bathroom with bare hands then watching mdi in background

I can top that by rather cleaning public bathrooms than actively watching it. luckily you can just open the tab and mute it and do something interesting.

Well that’s on u, u got it muted and go afk doing something else

Free tittle.

no wonder wow is still doing well with less development effort if the community is satisfied by an afk title

Well blizzard added this tittle becouse they know nobody watching MDI, tittle is only here for more viewers to make it look good, ofc everyone wants free stuff but not many is going to watch it.

Did you by chance watch it on your TV? I watched all of friday and sunday, and still haven’t received a title, and someone on the US forums pointed out this from the official rules regarding the title:

"Please note that viewers on the YouTube app on TVs or media devices, and viewers on any other platform or channels, will not be eligible to participate."

Feel that this should have been made a bit more clear.

Ah well, guess I’ll keep youtube open on a PC as well as on the TV for the AWC finals.

Imaging having to bribe your players with an achievement and title to watch your “competitive” dungeon running. Heh.

the blood elf chief ate up your achievement . next time dont trust blood elf chief .

almost every "competitive esports " does that .nothing new

Yep, I even got that diamond thing on stream which said I connected and will be going to get rewards. I watched on my PC! By the way, look at this 2nd GM answer, isn’t that helpful?

"Hey there,

Game Master Urndanorm here. Thank you for getting back to us.

If you need assistance with anything else, please do not hesitate to let us know and we’ll be glad to address any concerns.

I hope you have a great day, please take care.

This ticket has been marked as Answered."

This is the epitome of Blizzard/Activision support.

I believe almost no one did, all the youtube comments were about people talking about the achievement and not the stream at all. Most of the people who “watched” just kept youtube open with the sound mute while they were doing other things.
