Good day. What should I do if I did not have time to activate the token from the bag, and the subscription is no longer active?
You could open a ticket and ask for a few free days so you can activate it.

Unfortunately for 7 hours my ticket has not been resolved. I’ve asked for various options to activate the token, but no results so far.
It can take a while for a ticket to be answered, maybe you should add my suggestion to it?

While asking in a ticket never hurts, please note that we may not be able to assist in every case and especially not repeatedly. You should be claiming tokens while you still have game time active, or failing that add game time from another source instead.
