Didn't receive my M+ key this week

This is the timeline:
Last reset (Thursday I think), I did a Mythic 0 of Ruby Life Pools. I received a +2 key for Waycrest Manor.

Last reset (Friday I think), I did a Mythic 0 of Brackenhide Hollow.

Last reset (Tuesday), I used my Waycrest Manor +2 key. It got depleted.

This reset (Wednesday) I opened my vault and got a cloak. I didn’t receive a new M+ key, but I figured that’s because I didn’t actually finish an M+ dungeon in the last reset.

This reset (Thursday), I did a Mythic 0 of Ruby Life Pools, but I didn’t receive any M+ key.

I went to Lindormi in both Valdrakken and in the portal room, but she doesn’t offer me any key. The only dialogue options I have with her are “Where can I find [dungeon]?”

I looked around on the forums, Reddit, Wowhead and other places to see if this is a known bug or something. I saw there were some reports 1-2 years ago, but they could all go to Lindormi and just ask for a new key.

Usually the key gets lowered by 1 level next week if you don’t do a key, but I suppose it bugged out as +2 is the lowest. Your best bet is to report the bug in-game and do a key with someone else to get a new key

You should have gotten a key when you opened your vault in valdrakken from the +2.

It should not bug out. A couple of weeks ago when i started my new tank i soloed a +2 DHT (key received from the lady monk in valdrakken) to see the abilities, and it took 102 minutes. I still got a vault and a new key from that.

The problem is that I didn’t finish WM+2. Turns out you can’t solo that because you can’t escape the stun effect on the second boss.

Speak to the panda by the stairs outside the bank

I already did that and she doesn’t offer a new key.
