Hey can ayone give me some idea about DRs. Like I’m very clear about the several different categories - stuns, incapacitates etc. but with so many classes and abilities is hard to keep track (especially in like an RBG or something).
So I wonder is there an addon or something that instead of showing other classes abilities would just show the actual category that is under DR and the remaining time of it?
In that case I would know my abilities what category they fall under so its easy to know not to use certain ability while on DR?
I use gladius, but maybe its a setting I have not dug too deep in.
For example if I play with Mage if they cast poly on the target it would show poly icon DR and timer on it. I HAVE to know that Poly and Sap fall within the same category of Incapacitate, so I wouldn’t use Sap …
and so I have to learn every other classa bility and which category etc. etc. copare it to mine to be sure I won’t be hitting a DR with my stuff.
Thnx for replying. In arena if I play the same comp is just a few abilities so it is easy, but getting more and more into BGs and its a night mare cluster fu… of abilities to keep track of sometimes.
Anyhow if somone knows something like that would be helpful!
I don’t know about Gladius, but in GladiusEx what I do is I set an icon for each category. So, all incaps will have the “Sap” icon for me. All disorients will have the “Blind” icon for me, and all stuns with the “Kidney Shot” icon for me. You set this up in GladiusEx’s DR categories settings.
I’ll check if there’s the same thing in Gladius
e: i can’t find this option in Gladius so I assume it’s only a gladiusex thing. and unfortunately i don’t think battlegroundenemies has this option either.
