Why are conduits and covenant abilities still enabled? 
Conduits are gone. Don’t know about the two covenant abilities or/and soulbind passives.
No because its still shadowlands not df yet thats why and some classes are in a disadvantage more if they dusabled it now,
Yeah I think they messed something up, I was just dueling a afflic lock on my afflic lock, infront of stormwind, and he was able to use Soul Rot for some reason, while I, and most other players cant use their cov abilities there, but some can it seems, it’s weird.
Actually Soul Rot made it to the permanent talent tree, so that is not a bug.
Yeah you’re right, I knew that, I also have it picked in my tree,
I figured out what the problem was, seems the Soul Rot on my bars was the Cov one, I guess theyre 2 different spells, works now, just had to swap it.
