Hey! I am about to do a character transfer to another server but I havent been online on that character for a long while and it now seems like I am a guild leader and alone in the guild. So my question is how do I disable the guild so I can do that character transfer.

the command for that is /gdisband.
However, I think your question would be more suitable for the support forum.
