I am reaching out to express my extreme disappointment with how my request to change the country/region on my Battle.net account has been handled (Ticket Number: EU96922484). I recently moved to the UAE, provided all necessary documentation, including my Emirates ID, and clarified the name translation on the document, yet my request was denied without clear reasoning.

I do not understand what additional documents or steps are required for you to verify my residency. I have UAE government-issued identification, a rental agreement, and a utility bill—each of which are legitimate and verifiable proofs of my residency in the UAE. Despite this, my request was dismissed without further assistance or direction.

It’s deeply disheartening that after being a loyal Blizzard player, I am encountering such barriers to accessing my account based on a simple region update. I even suggested a way to verify my ID directly through a UAE government website, making the process easier for your team.

Please reconsider this decision or provide clear guidelines on what additional information would satisfy your requirements. I hope that this request can be reviewed with understanding and that I can continue to enjoy Blizzard’s games as intended.
