Disarm caster does it affect something?

I wonder if i disarm a caster in PvP like world, bgs, arena are they gonna lose stats/power from the weapon or it doesn’t metter?

Ex: if you disarm warrior/rogue they can’t use their skills since skills require a weapon… but i don’t know if they lose stats from the weapon.

It used to be that if you disarm WW’s they lose a portion of their Agility from the weapon.

I’m not sure if it used to be for casters as well. But for right now disarming casters is completly useless.

You can disarm a hunters gun/bow and it stops them from using abilities that require a weapon
