Disarm, dodge and parry broken in PvP?

Why is it that most of my attacks are getting dodged and parried by everyone even though I’m at the hit and exp cap?

Also why is it that when I disarm another player they can still attack?

I can vaguely remember that PVP hit cap was like 5% and there’s always a 1% chance to miss.

As for disarming someone and still being able to attack, they’re still able to fist you yes, or use skills that doesn’t require a weapon.

The 1 % miss chance was removed in patch 3.0 and never returned.

Really? Hmmmm the other explanation could be you didn’t exactly hit the hit cap, or if effects are in play (e.g. enemy temp buffs active) but it has been a real long while for MoP.

Are they using defensive abilities? If you disarm someone they can’t use abilities that require a weapon - if you’re still getting hit by big melee attacks then your disarm missed. Don’t worry about capping expertise for PVP, you just need 3-5% hit.

With 6.48% hit and 8.11% exp none of my attacks should be getting dodged or parried without a defensive being used yet most of my attacks do. My disarm misses too.

Even NPCs are dodging and parrying my attacks. Something here is broken.

Rogues ferals hunter moncs for example have about 30% dodge without def CDs. There is no real expertise cap in pvp

in general, in expense of armor, leather wearer have increased dodge chance built in as defensive part. In case of dodge and parry, u will enver get parried and dodgen when hitting form behind
