Today I got a lot of disconnects and then the Blizzard Game Launcher can’t connect, which will last for ~5min

It’s not on our end literally wiped the instance because 5 ppl dced on dreadmist
Battle net is also dieing.
It’s getting fcking annoying.
You get dropped between 10-30 mins

I’m slightly confused, as according to the information I can check here, you haven’t played in Dreadmist for the last 11 days. We are not aware of any current general issues, and we are not seeing players being regularly disconnected as you describe.

If you are experiencing issues, we would like to hear the details from you. Since it may not be related to Cailanicola’s problem, please create your own thread including all the details of the issue you are experiencing, and some connection diagnosis results so we can properly have a look and try to figure it out:

Thanks for clarifying that, I completely missed your other account.

After checking the time around the disconnection you mentioned, I didn’t find anything significant. I did notice a possible issue around 2AM though (I’ve sent it so they can have a look and verify where this issue originated on), so thanks for that, I would have missed it without your report. But this doesn’t seem to be what affected your dungeon run, so we would still like to have those details and diagnosis results.

If you are experiencing this issue in multiple realms, this may be an issue in your connection route to us. When you connect to a server or web (be it ours or anyone else’s), the information that goes from your router to the server and back follows a specific path to reach it’s destination (each line in these connection diagnosis files is a point in said path). If there’s any issue along the path, you may suffer some problems. Any other connection to other pages or services may not suffer said problems if the path doesn’t go through the point where the issue happens. Now, this also means that anyone going through a similar path and the problem point will have similar issues. This is the reason why sometimes we see a group of people disconnecting simultaneously even when the server is working correctly, as they are all from the same country or region, and follow similar paths to reach us.

We would love to have a winMTR of your connection to verify if this is the case. Keep in mind that if there’s an issue on our end we are unaware of, we are the first ones that want to know about it so it can be resolved ASAP, and these diagnosis files are the way we have to diagnose these issues.
