Disc How to get static charge

So i played Sidestreet Sluice and didn’t get it unlocked.
Even tho i passed the delve…
Do i have to find it somewhere in delve?

You get an item in the end. You have to right-click it in your bag.

Just to add to the poster above, it looks like a titan disc in your bag.

Found it…but i dont understand how could it help me its versability buff…

It’s more stats than other powers. More stats>more power.
Even BM hunter which hates versatility uses it.
