Last days have I been leveling a disc priest and it is so much fun. I have always played holy since all players did say that disc was hard to learn, but that is not the case! The class is intuitive and it feels like you are doing something meaningful and contribute to the run more than just healing.
Try it out you will be surprised! Spread the word! And thanks to all pugs it has been a fun weekend with u both in pvp and dungeons! 
I don’t like having to jump back and forth between healing and dpsing. I have the most fun healing when I’m focused on just that, and holy is actually one of my favourite healing specs

they die in about 5 sec when a melee cleave group is nuking them which seems to be more then 70% of current arena teams playing in 3s, how is that good

I like how any disc appreciation post sounds so positive on the surface, but they just can’t resist sort of back-handedly calling all other healers worse to prop themselves up. 
Healing is meaningful regardless of spec, this is a trinity rpg. Healing is contributing.

Excuse me ? Disco priest has 30 million protection spells , if a disco priest dies in 5 sec it is because he/she is pve oriented and not pvp … A pvp disco priest will not fall but yeah you need to to know how , when and why to use your spells . Imo any healer in stun or silence mode will fall in 3 - 5 sec if they do not have the proper trinkets/talents to get out of those annoyance … Just saying .

for a long long time i lost mine and it’s impossible to grind it back .Just be careful not to ever say anything remotely toxic or even one innocent joke can get your TL3 gone.
But this isn’t a rant post but a congratulations one may you have it for a long time dude.

I agree I rarely have any issues to survive or get my group to survive in pvp or pve. Only if the team are running unsystematic and pull to much aoe packs at once or not defending me from group attacks in pvp.
Disc and shaman are both fun and strong healers. Doing Castle with a disc priest is just pure fun as the 2 seems to complete each other.
And since fun isn’t allowed in WoW, these 2 will see massive nerfs throughout SL. Until at the end they are basically dead. So better do as me and level a druid as well, they never get nerfed substantially.
