Void Weaver in its current state disables the use of Twilight Equilibrium during cooldowns.
Weaving in Smites while Mindbender was up was one of my favorite parts of the gameplay loop of Disc Priest in Dragonflight, in The War Within however Entropic Rift changes Smite to be a Shadow Spell for its duration, making it impossible to get value out of Twilight Equilibrium when it matters the most (during cooldowns) outside of weaving in Holy Novas which isn’t really an alternative to Smite since it doesn’t reduce the cooldown of Mindbender.
I’d wish for a rework of TE to still be able to be triggered by Void Blast during Entropic Rift.
