actually baffled that they havent reverted the awful hpala nerfs they did and nerfed disc damage that they overtuned to ****
idk what kind of metrics they are using to make the healer changes this past month

Not even penance. Most dmg comes from the dot, and from the dot proc from mind blast.

Do you know that if you do not focus down disc catharsis is like a wasted talent (and the dot does not deal that much dmg afterwards). I mean I am biased, because I play disc and this season is like first since beginning of BfA S1 when I feel like disc is really strong. Just saying that catharsis is only useful when people ignore the fact that disc plays with this talent and try to cleave him or focus him, instead of controlling him.
disc dmg is kinda reliant on ur teammates not getting crushed because u cannot heal with atonement alone but yeah, it needs changes, expiation is a bit too strong

Thats a very dumb argument because just by picking Catharsis he basically forces the team to to attack the other member, allowing disc to do his own stuff
