I had a disconnect from the game, i restarted the computer and the game, only to realize that several items are missing from my inventory. 13 heavy desolate armor kit, 110 heavy callous hide, and around 200 protogenic pelt. Please help me recover these items.
Since the ticket system doesnt allow me to send this message to support I am trying my luck here.

Yeah I tryed this page , and unfortunately it doesn’t work. Every time I try to submit it, it says unexpected error occured try again later.
Also these items won’t appear on the restoration page since I didn’t sell them to a vendor, they just disappeared from my inventory after a disconnect.
If you can’t create a ticket, try clearing your cookies with adblockers disabled. Or using another browser like Edge, firefox, etc.
From comments made by the blues in the past, stackable items, crafting materials, currency and trade goods do not go onto the item restoration page, and cannot be recovered either by Item Restoration or a GM.
I don’t know if that is still true however.
Tryed it, still doesn’t work sadly.
Try another device to make the ticket then, sometimes it’s a device issue and not just a browser one. Sadly this ingame issue will require a search of the data logs so you would need to really contact Customer Support directly.
