I have lost like 2 weeks of gameplay due to this problem. All I can do is run around the world and do regular quests, doing dungeons is not an option with healer/tank I can only do it with DPS, since I’ll disconnect for 99.9% at least 1-2 times per dungeon.

Connection drops and is not responsive on auth server sometimes up to 120 seconds (you can not login in battle.net).

I have contacted ISP with MTR logs and they confirmed no systematic loss is happening within their network. I’m also using the same ISP to play other games and watch streams with 0% interrupts.

Here’s one very clear example MTR log for you as well.
For anybody asking about hop 2 to 3, ISP limiting the ICMP traffic that MTR uses (throttling, common practice).

Had the same issue for about 2 weeks, updated windows and gpu soft and at least today had no issues (first try after updates). ISP also balticom

Try this. It worked for me.

If you are using the Killer Network software (I have it on my MSI laptop) then open the program (Killer Control Center), choose settings and turn off the Advance Stream Detect. It worked right away for me.

Some times/days it’s okay to the point where you get 0/1 disconnect per 30 minutes window, but other time you disconnect every 5 minutes. No particular conditions in world or instances.

Was no happening pre 8.1.5.

Let me know when playable again, so far wasted month.
Will re-sub as this is resolved.

Update (5/22/2019):
Just wanted to update that something has changed in the routing to 185.60.112.157.
It was 15 hops previously and in-game ping was ~56 and now it’s 13 hops with different points after my initial ISP having same points, with ping now going ~36.

Will be looking into if I get any disconnects, but could play without one so far.
Whoever did re-routing maybe fixed these issues.
