Disconnected from WoW all day, WinMTR logs included

Hi. I am being disconnected non stop all day, like 100+ times, completely unplayable. I ran a WinMTR below on the 3 EU wow ips as recommended. Hop eqam3.as57976. net" shows an alarming 84% packet loss. Is this something on blizzard infrastructure or do I need to resolve with my ISP?

Same problem for me and I did few traceroutes as well. I attach this to reply.
There’re definitely troubles with reaching IPs 185.60.112.157 AND 185.60.114.159. Especially last one. I had zero losses with 185.60.112.158. Checked traceroutes 2-3 times each of them.
As far as I can see - the problem is with NTT-GIN nodes. A great amount of packages losses there. Also ppl on reddit wrote some stuff about DDoS of their nodes.

Your eqam3.as57976. net node is probably one of blizzard routers, however there’s a problem somewhere else.

I phoned my ISP today, they’ve suggested there are quite a lot of issues since yesterday with blizz, fortnite, they mentioned a few other game hosts and said they’re at the point of the various companies are pointing fingers at each other but still no clear idea of what the issue is and therefore how to fix it. The ISP tech was pretty open about that. I’m from SW England for reference of any others reading this post.

It definitely seems like Blizzard infrastructure problem, I got dc in the middle of m+ run and couldn’t even properly reconnect and continue. Then I decided to traceroute to the exact blizzard IP I was connected to (using guide from this topic https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/using-winmtr-to-troubleshoot-lag-issues-inside-sl-dungeonsraids/868417/1). And several blizzard nodes sent 0 responses.
Both eqam1 and eqam3 are Blizzards, as well as IP 137.221.66.43. Before reaching hopes 0 packages are lost.

Same things have been happening to me for months. And it’s obviously on Blizzard’s end as seen here (from 5 minutes ago, another +7 key destroyed by their inability to fix their networking for half a year).

They take zero action on it, and pretend the problem doesn’t exist. Truly, an amazing company devoted to helping their players. Small indie company doesn’t sound tight here, as they’d fix it within a week… smh.

Have you tried using mobile data or setting up any VPNs to change your routing? I found my mobile data worked better as it’s a different network, I don’t want to play off my phone consistently though.~

Yeah just tried that and been playing for a few hours with no issues. At least we’re sure its not a client side issue.

Also I have the exact same connection info as you lol.
