Same problem for me and I did few traceroutes as well. I attach this to reply.
There’re definitely troubles with reaching IPs 185.60.112.157 AND 185.60.114.159. Especially last one. I had zero losses with 185.60.112.158. Checked traceroutes 2-3 times each of them.
As far as I can see - the problem is with NTT-GIN nodes. A great amount of packages losses there. Also ppl on reddit wrote some stuff about DDoS of their nodes.
Your eqam3.as57976. net node is probably one of blizzard routers, however there’s a problem somewhere else.
