Hi,
So i have this interesting problem with Garrison Hearthstone. First time i use it, i get disconnected when cast time is finished or a little after the loading screen comes up. So i re-launch the game straight away and it works fine.
I have been having this issue for some time, have to use the stone, re-launch the game and use the stone again to get to my garrison.
Any ideas?

Try fully resetting your UI as Mythalia suggested, and test the game again before reinstalling any addons.
If your character is stuck, contact oursupport team and they'll move it to a safe location.

I'd like to bring some life back into this, The solution works fine... but I'm having to do it on average twice a week, each time having to faff around with my settings again.
I don't have any addons or plug-ins, nothing like that, but it keeps consistently going wrong.
Is there a more permanent fix?

If it is constantly happening I'd say possible culprit could be hardware. RAM or storage most likely. RAM is easy enough to rule out by using eg. Windows Memory Diagnostic (you can find it in Win 8/10 by searching for it in the start menu).
It used to happen quite often - Garrison HS and Dalaran of course. The solution is not to pre-load.

/console worldPreloadNonCritical 0
In-game, type that in. Then restart the game. It's case-sensitive, keep that in mind. What it does is set your game to skip preloading non-critical models and instead streams them as you need them. That's what's snagging the loading.

I've had this appear a few times recently its just a minor inconvenience but I'll try that /console command.
